RIG was contracted in Q1 2020 to provide engineering and execution of hydrotesting and High Velocity Oil Flushing (HVOF) of six hydraulic systems during pre-commissioning of the facility. Testing included pressures up to 7500 PSI of all installed piping followed by HVOF to meet OEM cleanliness specifications.
RIG’s Team was contracted by McDermott as a single source vendor to engineer and execute degreasing, gas line air blows, hydrolazing, steam blows, pigging and High Velocity Oil Flushing (HVOF) for the Montgomery Energy Center’s new 2 X 1 combined cycle plant.
RIG was contracted during Q4 2019 into Q1 2020 as a single source vendor to perform steam blows, gas line blows, HRSG chemical cleaning, hydrotesting, boiler degreasing, and High Velocity Oil Flushing (HVOF) services.

RIG was contracted in January 2020 to chemically clean the waste heat boiler located at the Wilmington Fuels Refinery. The degreasing process removed the preservative placed by the manufacturer and readied the unit for operation.
