Project Summary
RIG reacted to an emergency call to help Low & Bonar back into production. In February 2020 L&B’s Filteco hot oil system’s piping became blocked with oxidized heat transfer fluid. RIG utilized a high temperature synthetic flushing fluid to clean the oxidized, thermally degraded contaminated fluid. The same unit was then used to filter replacement heat transfer fluid, allowing the plant to get running again.

2019 Expansion of the GM Automotive test stand facility required oil flushing services of thousands of feet of new hydraulic lines ranging from 1-inch to 8-inch diameter.
